- There is no internet on site. Have your registration and AGM nomination sorted before you travel.

Camping & Facilities
- Camping access is off Dalton Road, Yealering.
- On site: a long-drop toilet, two sea containers, and a kitchen area with a BBQ.
- Biting insects are common, and the dust can set off hay fever. Bring antihistamines and insect repellent.
Track & Terrain
- Whippies vinduros are among the flattest on the calendar, with room to use the higher gears.
- Follow club signs on the day for the start and course marking.
Entry Requirements, Fees & Membership
- Register your interest to ride before Thursday night, 8 October 2026.
- AGM nominations must be seconded by another club member. Only club members may nominate. Two nominations for the same position are decided by a vote on the day. Late nominations will not be accepted.
