Event photos: skip exact doubles + clearer batch limits

If you re-upload the same file into the same gallery, we skip it (no more accidental doubles). Per-submit caps stay honest: members up to 100, club admins up to 300 — not unlimited. On phones, batches of about 10–20 on Wi‑Fi still work best.

Hide your full name on public bike cards — initials only

In Preferences, turn on “Show only my initials” so public Lineup, Classics, Track View, and personal walls show e.g. G.W. instead of your full name. Optional per member; full name still used when you’re signed in and for club mail.

Lookup my ride — honest specs, cool Notes card, bike-on-track while you wait

Enter year, make, model (and cc if you know it). Ara only returns specs for a bike she can match — wrong year gets “I think you mean…” or lookup failed (no invented machines). You get a proper Classics-style Notes & specs card with a bit of club colour. While she digs (often 10–30s) a dirt bike laps the track with rotating status lines so you know something’s happening. Then Classics / Market / Lineup with photo tips.

Ask Ara — Clear chat anytime

Start fresh with Ara: tap Clear in the chat panel, or say “clear chat” / “wipe chat” / “start over”. Server history is wiped and you get a new session. FAQ answers (“what’s new”, token cost) are not stuck on old pending requests.

Easy Market ad — year, brand, model, price; Ara writes the listing

On Sell: enter year / brand / model / price (+ photo), tap Fill ad with AI, and Ara builds title and description. Leave them blank on publish and the server still fills a clean ad. Same spirit as Classics easy add. Works for bikes and parts, sale or wanted.

Uploading a classic? Dump brochure text, messy notes, or a few facts into Notes — no need to format them. Ara rewrites into a short intro plus Engine / Suspension / Dimensions rows so every bike looks the same. Open Full notes & specs on any catalogue bike too (all ~80 filled).

Leave a short comment under any published event photo (login required). Uploaders and admins can also add or edit the photo caption after publish — handy when the batch caption was blank or wrong.

Made a typo on year/make/model, or want a better photo? My classics lets you edit details, replace the photo, hide from the wall, or delete. Same idea as Lineup and Track View edit.

Videos converted for phone & PC browsers

Camera .MOV and other track/mess videos are converted on the server to browser-friendly MP4 after upload. Publish still happens straight away — conversion can take a few minutes on long files. Refresh if playback is blank at first.

Change title and notes, remove media you don’t want, or add more photos, maps, or video without starting a new post. Edit is on the Track View page and under My uploads.
